Sleeve-Type Ceramic Anilox Roller

The sleeve-type ceramic anilox roller features an innovative structural design:

• Inner Layer:Made of compressible material
• Middle Layer:Constructed with composite materials such as fiberglass
• Outer Layer:Covered with aluminum, with a ceramic coating applied on the surface for cell engraving

During installation, the inflatable air mandrel expands the inner compressible material by air pressure, increasing its inner diameter and ensuring a secure fit with the mandrel. Once the air supply is stopped, the anilox roller is firmly fixed onto the air mandrel.
